AJ Girardi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and franchise staffing sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director - Franchise Staffing Partner at Patrice and Associates Franchising Inc since December 2020, AJ has previously held significant roles, including Banquet Manager at Shamin Hotels from September 2018 to December 2020 and General Manager at Flik Hospitality Group from November 1990 to December 2016. AJ also contributed as General Manager at Flik Conference Centers & Hotels between 2012 and 2014.
