Clint Carpenter has extensive experience in executive leadership and sales within a variety of industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner and National Executive Recruiter at Patrice and Associates Franchising Inc since 2019, Clint oversees executive recruitment for the largest hospitality and retail search firm in North America. Prior to this role, Clint was Vice President of Sales at PLM Holdings, Inc. from 2013 to 2019, where responsibilities included leading a sales team to achieve up to $30M in annual revenue. Clint also held multiple positions at Cintas from 1996 to 2012, progressing to General Manager and contributing to significant sales growth and operational improvements. Earlier experience includes serving as an Intelligence Cryptologic Technical Technician in the US Navy from 1992 to 1996, holding a Top Secret Security Clearance. Clint holds an Associate Degree in Business from the University of Maryland.
