Scott Jacobson

Scott Jacobson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in manufacturing and recruiting. As the Franchisee Owner of Patrice and Associates since April 2009, Scott has leveraged a national network of recruiters in the restaurant management recruiting sector. Prior experience includes serving as the General Manager of NAFTA for Sensient Technologies, where Scott managed a $55 million division, and as President and COO of Ink Systems, Inc., overseeing multiple operations and a workforce of over 350 employees. Earlier roles at Sun Chemical involved significant P&L responsibilities across commercial inks and specialty products, managing vast teams and ensuring financial performance. Scott holds multiple degrees, including a BBA with a double major in Accounting and Business Management from Eastern Kentucky University, an MBA from Xavier University, and a Master’s Degree in Marketing.
