Robert Hales

Robert Hales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and military strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at Patricio Enterprises, Inc. since June 2019, Robert previously held significant roles at the National Guard Bureau, including Deputy Division Chief and Strategy Analyst from June 2013 to August 2018. Earlier, Robert worked with the Army National Guard from September 2007 to June 2013, overseeing the NEPA/ECOP team and managing reviews of environmental actions. Robert's career began as a Team Leader at 3-1 ETT from 2006 to 2007. Academically, Robert holds two Master of Science degrees in Economic Development from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Science in Range Science from Utah State University.
