Daniel Link has extensive experience in community outreach and ministry, currently serving as Executive Director of Outreach and Executive Director of Ministries at Hill City Community Church since February 2023. Previous roles include Community Engagement and Partnerships Manager and Volunteer Coordinator at Patrick Henry Family Services, as well as Connections Coordinator at Hill City Community Church. Daniel has also held multiple positions at Sports Outreach Institute, Inc. and City of Lynchburg, demonstrating a strong background in leadership and community involvement. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Divinity and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, both from Liberty University.

At PHFS, one of our foundational values is that every child has the right to a safe and healthy home. Because of that, we are leading the charge to confront the reasons foster care exists. From Operations to Marketing to Family Care, every team and ministry at PHFS is designed for and dedicated to this charge. We meet families right where they are to provide healing, restoration, and hope… Family Care The Family Care team programs that provide housing for single mothers, support for kinship caregivers and foster families, short-term placements for children, and long-term placements for children. Their goal is to bring families out of chaos and into groundedness and resilience. Connect Our Connect team partners with volunteers, churches, and agencies to strengthen families and keep them strong. They give community members a place to enter in and support their neighbors in need. Hope For Tomorrow Counseling Sometimes people just need someone to talk to.
