Andrea Williams

Andrea Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Andrea started their career at 1st Source Bank as an intern from June 2007 to April 2010. Andrea then joined Brunswick Corporation in May 2010 as a Dealer Finance Accountant/Credit, where they managed financial reporting and credit assessments for boat dealers. Andrea later took on the role of Financial Analyst II (Corporate FP&A), where they analyzed financial performance and led forecasting and budgeting processes. From January 2014 to May 2015, Andrea served as Plant Controller for Brunswick's SEA RAY BOATS, overseeing monthly closing procedures and budgeting.

Andrea then joined Patrick Industries, Inc. and held various finance leadership roles. Andrea started as Investor Relations/Financial Reporting Manager from June 2015 to August 2017, responsible for preparing financial statements and presentations. Andrea later became a Division Controller from August 2017 to February 2018. From February 2018 to February 2019, Andrea was a Finance Manager, leading internal and external communication and working on strategic projects. Andrea then served as Marine Group Controller from February 2019 to June 2020, involved in financial reporting and driving performance. Andrea's next role was Director of Finance, Marine and M&A from June 2020 to February 2022. Andrea then progressed to Senior Director, Marine Finance from February 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance - Marine at Patrick Industries, Inc. from March 2023 onwards.

Andrea Williams obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Ball State University between 2006 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended John Glenn High School from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Andrea participated in the M&A Program - Executive Education at The Wharton School, but the exact years of attendance are unknown.
