Ashley Perkins

Ashley Perkins, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ashley is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources, Marine Group at Patrick Industries, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Marine Accessories Corporation.

Ashley also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Tennessee Urology, where they provided leadership and support to the organization. Ashley has worked at Summit View Health Management, Inc. as the Director of Business and Human Resources, overseeing HR policies and programs for multiple companies.

In addition, Ashley has served as an Employee Relations Specialist at ORAU, where they handled employee relations programs and activities. Ashley also has experience as a Human Resources Associate at Georgia-Pacific LLC and as a Human Resources Intern at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

Ashley Perkins, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Human Resources Management with a minor in Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee in 2010. In 2013, they obtained a Masters of Science in Human Resources Management from the same institution. Additionally, Ashley has several certifications including SHRM-CP (obtained in 2015), Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI (obtained in 2012), and Equal Opportunity Professional Certificate from the Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC) in 2011. Their most recent certification is SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), which they obtained in April 2019.
