Michelle Lewis

Michelle Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michelle began their career at Shoe Carnival, Inc. in 1992 as a Payroll Manager/Financial Analyst and stayed with the company until 2000. Michelle then worked at Harding, Shymanski & Company, P.S.C. as an Implementation Consultant from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they joined Vibe HCM in 2002 as a Sr. Implementation Analyst, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, Michelle joined Patrick Industries, Inc. as a Payroll Manager and later took on the role of Director of HR Operations in 2019. Currently, they serve as the Director of Payroll at Patrick Industries.

Michelle Lewis has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana.
