Scott Gramm has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Scott started their career in 1999 as a Corporate Trainer at Quality Dining, Inc., where they opened new Papa Vinos restaurants and trained staff in various roles. Scott then worked as a CTO at Specialized Staffing and Industry Recruiters from 2011 to 2012, where they established systems and processes for effective day-to-day productivity and provided IT support to multiple locations. From 2005 to 2014, Scott worked as a Network Engineer at Indiana Electronics, where they designed, implemented, and maintained data networks and installed systems like Shoretel, Cisco, and Allworx. Currently, since 2014, they are the Director of Information Technology - Field Services at Patrick Industries, where they are responsible for building a new IT department, onboarding new mergers and acquisitions more efficiently, and utilizing technology for continuous improvement opportunities.
