Luiz Ferraz Filho has extensive experience in the real estate and sales sectors, currently serving as Coordenador de Vendas / Parcerias at Patrimar since January 2013, where responsibilities include providing support to partners and negotiating client interactions. Luiz has also held the role of Gerente de Avulsos, focusing on relationships with partner real estate agencies and managing sales and marketing efforts.
