Bernhard Sebesta

As Patrina's Director of Information Technology, Bernhard Sebesta spearheads the Patrina team delivering mission-critical regulatory compliance solutions to CEOs, CCOs, and others in financial services who oversee their companies' non-trading compliance exposures. For more than 20 years, Bernhard has developed real-world solutions to complex issues in systems architecture, software development, and project management. Prior to joining Patrina, he served as Director of Global IT and Technical Client Services for LDM Global in London, boosting LDM's IT capacity by a factor of eight while cutting costs more than 65 percent in his first eight months. Bernhard also expanded the firm’s services into the APAC region and played a pivotal role in developing custom tailored discovery solutions. He defined and implemented LDM's business IT strategy, and aligned its technology with changing business requirements. From 2007 through 2011, Bernhard was the Head of IT for FMTG AG (a 360-degree tourism company operating in central and southeast Europe). He managed all aspects of IT, including systems, infrastructure, applications, and security. Bernhard also led FMTG AG's project valuations, due diligences, deal parameters, and negotiation processes, resulting in streamlined EPOS, property management, management information system and ERP solutions. He also held various positions as an IT Manager and IT Operator for hospitality companies and public services in Austria.
