Matthew Behrmann

Matthew Behrmann leads the company’s efforts in loan origination, loan negotiation, and asset disposition. He has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and development and offers a thorough understanding of financial analytics supporting project feasibility. Matthew holds an MBA, Finance and Real Estate, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He joined the company in 2014.
