Caitlyn Colbert

Caitlyn Colbert is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, customer service, and community support. Currently serving as a Benefits Advisor and Claims Specialist at Patriot Angels since November 2023, Caitlyn also owns and operates Cold Bear Coffee, which has been roasting specialty coffee since 2014. Previous roles include positions as a Sales Associate at Anthropologie and a Bartender at Southern Social, showcasing strong customer service skills. Caitlyn has significant experience in family case management at Boys Ranch, where responsibilities included organizing support services and providing educational guidance. Additionally, Caitlyn has held leadership roles in youth programs, such as Camp Program Director at Youthfront, and completed a six-month cross-cultural experience through Southwest Baptist University, where a Bachelor’s Degree in Intercultural Studies and Fiber Arts was earned.
