Mary Sue Patchett

Mary Sue Patchett is a seasoned professional in the senior living industry, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor for New Business at Patriot Angels since October 2023. Patchett has a long-standing involvement with the Florida Senior Living Association as a Founding Member, Advisory Council, and Board Member since January 2013. Previously, Patchett held several leadership roles at Brookdale from September 2011 to June 2021, including Executive Vice President of Community and Field Operations and President of the Southeast Division. Additional experience includes serving as COO and SVP of Operations at Horizon Bay Retirement Living from 2008 to 2012, Owner-Management Consultant at Patchett & Associates, Inc. from 2005 to 2008, Division Vice President at Alterra Senior Living from 1994 to 2005, and roles in operations and program development at Sunrise Senior Living from 1988 to 1994. Mary Sue Patchett earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from George Mason University – Costello College of Business between 1981 and 1985, and attended Notre Dame Academy in Middleburg, VA from 1977 to 1981.
