Peter Barry

Peter Barry has an extensive work experience in the maritime industry. Peter started their career in 2003 with the U S Navy Military Sealift Co as a 1st Assistant Engineer and worked there until 2015. After that, they joined Patriot Contract Services, LLC. in 2015 as a 1st Assistant Engineer for a brief period. In 2018, they worked as a 1st Assistant Engineer with American Ship Management, LLC. From 2015 to 2018, Peter also served as a Fleet Manager at Host Terminals. In 2019, they rejoined Patriot Contract Services, LLC. as a 1st Assistant Engineer Maintenace and worked there until 2021. Peter then moved to the position of 1st Assistant Engineer from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they became Chief Engineer at Patriot Contract Services, LLC., and in 2023, they took on the role of Chief Engineer at Patriot Maritime, where they are currently employed.

Peter Barry attended Massachusetts Maritime Academy from 1998 to 2003. Peter obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering with a focus on Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
