Jody L. Dedon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and marketing within non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Patriot Engineering and Environmental, Inc. since November 2020, Jody also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at NextLevel Growth, which focuses on providing solutions for non-profit organizations and individuals. Previous roles include Executive Director at Indy Women in Tech, where Jody managed initiatives in workforce development and STEM education, and Director of Advancement at Leadership Indianapolis. Jody has a proven track record in increasing donor engagement and development efforts in various organizations, including significant contributions at Conner Prairie and Noble. Jody holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate of Science degree in Elementary Education from Parkland College.
