Samuel Duncan

Samuel Duncan has extensive experience in program management and military operations, serving as Program Manager for the Deployment Health Assessment Program (DHAP) at Patriot Enterprises LLC since June 2018. In this role, Samuel coordinates daily operations, develops policies, and consolidates data for reporting. Prior to this position, Samuel had a distinguished career with the US Army from December 1991 to August 2017, holding various roles including Program Manager, Observer Coach/Trainer, and Training and Safety Manager, where contributions significantly enhanced training programs and operational readiness. Samuel holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Operations and Management from Purdue Global, among other educational achievements, demonstrating a strong academic foundation combined with practical expertise in leadership and program development.
