David Eastman

David Eastman is an experienced professional with a robust background in consulting and board leadership. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member for CST Industries, Inc. and as the Independent Board Chairman for Patriot Environmental Services, David also founded AOR Consulting in 1993. Prior roles include Management Consultant and Crisis Manager for Meggitt, Partner at Woodland Company, and Partner at JM Precision, with a distinguished tenure as a Founder at Sportech, a company specializing in bicycle frames. Additionally, David held the position of VP Operations at Compass Aerospace. Through a series of interim turnaround roles, David has successfully assisted numerous companies in overcoming financial challenges and achieving profitability. David is an alumnus of California State University, Fullerton.
