Michael Dougal

Michael Dougal is currently serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Patriot Federal Credit Union since June 2013. Prior to that, Michael held the position of Director, Human Resource Consulting at HRN Performance Solutions from June 2000 to June 2013. Michael obtained a BSBA in Human Resources from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1986.
