Jonathan Tremblay has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jonathan began their career in 2001 at Southern Illinois University Press, where they served as the Regional Sales/Special Sales Manager for more than a decade. In 2015, they transitioned into the field of welding, working as a Combo Welder/Tube Welder for HKA Enterprises and later as a Welder for Fluor Corporation. Jonathan continued their welding career as a Journeyman Pipe Welder for TIC The Industrial Company in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Foreman for Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals, followed by a role as a CWI at Houston Inspection Field Services. In 2018, they briefly worked as a CWI at Onshore Offshore Recruitment Ltd before joining Patriot Inspection Services, Inc as a CWI Patriot Inspection in 2019. Jonathan later became the Chief Inspector at Patriot Inspection Services, Inc in 2022.
Jonathan Tremblay completed an AWS CWI course in 2017 and obtained a degree in Welding Technology/Welder from John A. Logan College between 2013 and 2015. Jonathan also attended Chiefland High School and holds an Illinois High School Diploma. Jonathan has additional certifications as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) from the American Welding Society and Base Line Data Career Center, Inc., as well as a certification as a Certified NACE Coating Inspector from NACE International. These certifications were obtained in 2023.
