Patriot League
Kylie Hampton is the Director of Marketing at Working for Worcester. Kylie oversees marketing strategy, brand management, digital marketing, and content creation for the organization. In addition to their role at W4W, Kylie also works as a Holy Cross Campus Correspondent for the Patriot League, provides inside looks at Holy Cross through videos on social media, plays field hockey for Holy Cross at the NCAA Division 1 level, manages web content for Custom Construction MDH, Inc., creates designs for Redbubble, and has completed various internships in merchandising, brand partnerships, and social media marketing. Kylie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the College of the Holy Cross, majoring in Political Science and Visual Arts: Studio.

Patriot League
The Patriot League, which was founded on the principles of admitting athletes who are academically representative of their class, is in its third decade of academic and athletic achievement. Participation in athletics at Patriot League institutions is viewed as an important component of a well-rounded education. The Patriot League began as a successful Division I-AA (now called Football Championship Subdivision) football conference in 1986. Full League members include American, Army, Bucknell, Colgate, Holy Cross, Lafayette, Lehigh and Navy. Associate members include Fordham and Georgetown in football and Massachusetts Institute of Technology in women's rowing.
