Stephanie Lyford

Stephanie Lyford is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various human resources roles. Currently serving as HR Manager and Assistant FSO at Patriot LLC since June 2013, Stephanie partners with employees and management to communicate HR policies and analyze data for continuous improvement. Prior to this, Stephanie held positions at RCM Solutions, Inc. from May 2008 to June 2013, including HR Generalist with an active TS Clearance, Recruiter, and HR Analyst, all involving policy communication and exit interview analysis. Earlier experience includes working as a Payroll Associate and Payroll Assistant at ARINC from October 2000 to May 2008. Stephanie holds a high school diploma from South River High School.
