Arian Rehberg has a diverse work experience beginning in 2012 with Vencon Research International as an Associate. In 2015, they joined Accenture as an intern, where they played a key role in designing and implementing a comprehensive database for historical rewards. In 2016, Arian worked as a Researcher at the Berlin Institute of Finance, Innovation, and Digitalization, analyzing and developing new digital financing models for the professional sports sector. Arian then started their own venture, Sefolio, as an Entrepreneur in 2016. Following that, Arian served as a Senior Associate at Vencon Research International from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Willis Towers Watson as a Junior Consultant. Most recently, Arian worked at PATRIZIA AG, where they held the positions of Senior Human Resources Associate and is currently working as an Associate Director Human Resources. Arian took responsibility for various cash and regulatory compensation topics, acted as a direct link between HR and the back-office Finance Division, and led HR Analytics efforts.
Arian Rehberg attended The Berlin School of Economics and Law from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business Administration. Additionally, they studied at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea from 2014 to 2015, earning a Grado en Marketing degree in International Business Administration.
