Matthew Oliver began their career in 2000 with the United States Marine Corps in the 3rd Bn, 5th Marines. In 2006, they joined the 415th MI Bn as a Staff Sergeant, where they served as a HUMINT Collector and All-Source Intelligence Analyst. Matthew attended monthly drills and received outstanding ratings in all NCOERs and quarterly counseling statements. During this time, they conducted interrogations, answered Source Directed Requirements, wrote interrogation plans, interrogation summaries, and Intelligence Information Reports. Matthew also served as a Special Security Officer, where they enforced Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral administrative, information, personnel, physical, and communication security regulations. In 2012, they joined Delex Systems, Inc. as a Program Security Specialist, where they processed incoming personnel security questionnaires, digitally archived hardcopy forms and paperwork, and composed official approval correspondence for distribution to various government/contractor facilities. That same year, they also joined Zavda Technologies as an Intelligence Analyst and DCGS-A Database Manager, where they reviewed intelligence reports from various data sources to create new entities in the Tactical Entity Database (TED) in support of the DCSG-A program. In 2013, they joined the 200th MP Command, G-2, US Army Reserves (Active Duty Status) as a Senior HUMINT Collections/Interrogations SGT, where they served as a senior HUMINT interrogator and section leader responsible for the development and training of junior personnel. Matthew also ensured that intelligence products were mission focused and created in a timely and accurate manner. Finally, in 2014, they joined Patrocinium Systems as an Operations Specialist.
Matthew Oliver attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, All-Source Intelligence Analyst Course in 2010, HUMINT Collector/ Interrogation Course in 2006, Merchant Mariner's School in 2005, Marine Corps Basic Training, Scout Swimmer School, and Warfare Training School. Matthew then went on to the American Military University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Intelligence Studies between 2011 and 2015.
