Emma Duran

Emma Duran currently serves as the Manager of Account Management for Strategic Enterprise Accounts at Patsnap, where responsibilities include hiring and training a team of six Account Managers and contributing to the company's achievement of a $100 million ARR milestone. Prior to this role, Emma excelled as a Senior Account Manager at both Patsnap and Sales Talent Agency, consistently exceeding quotas and receiving numerous awards including the Most Valuable PatSnapper and Presidents Club honors. Emma's earlier experience includes impactful roles at Northern Karate Schools, where significant revenue and enrollment increases were achieved, and as a Student Program Planner at Kingston Gets Active. Emma holds a Master of Science in Gerontology from Queen's University and a Postgraduate degree in Infection Prevention and Control from Centennial College.
