Darin Fedt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Darin started their career at Verifications, Inc. as a Sales Manager, where they recruited and motivated sales teams and played a role in developing business strategies. Darin then co-founded and worked as an Operating Partner at Black Line Capital, LLC, a venture capital firm involved in the operations of portfolio companies. During this time, they conducted valuations, due diligence, and strategic analysis on various corporate structures and markets, and led acquisitions of manufacturing companies.

Fedt then served as the President and VP of Sales & Marketing at Jungle Logic, a provider of phone systems and cabling. Darin successfully managed company activities during a challenging turnaround, after the sale of the internet business unit and the exit of upper management.

Darin later joined VeraSun Energy Corporation as the Vice President of Corporate Development, Director of Corp. Development. In this role, they filled a corporate development position, providing strategic planning, business case development, and project feasibility analysis. Darin also negotiated long-term rail agreements with regional railroads.

Fedt then worked as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Destination Golf Ventures, LLC, a developer of The Prairie Club near Valentine, Nebraska. Darin played a key role in developing the Private Placement Memorandum, raising capital, and spearheading the membership drive for The Prairie Club.

Darin then became a Principal at Garfield Dixon, LLC, where they provided business development services, including sales, marketing, distribution, strategic planning, due diligence, capitalization, and mergers and acquisitions. Fedt was also a licensed business broker during this time.

Darin joined Bayer Crop Science as a Channel Brand Distribution Development Manager, responsible for recruiting, developing, implementing programs, and supporting the Seedsman network in multiple states. Darin worked with teams in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Kansas, Colorado, Texas Panhandle, northern Oklahoma, and western Missouri. Fedt had a legacy with Monsanto prior to the acquisition.

In their most recent roles, they served as a Sales Agent at Pattern Ag, where they helped develop a data science platform for soil health analysis, and as a Managing Partner at Fedt Family Farm.

Currently, Darin Fedt is an AgriGold Seed Agent, being one of the first agents in South Dakota. Darin'srole involves providing proven elite corn hybrids and soybean varieties to growers. Darin also utilizes data from their own farm and local testing, working with the AgriGold team to enhance the grower experience.

From 1982 to 1986, Darin Fedt attended South Dakota State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business.
