Jennifer Shore

Jennifer Shore has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and People Operations, having worked in the field since 2002. Her career began at Fordham University, where they served as Assistant Director of Career Services from 2002 to 2006. Jennifer then moved on to myStudentBiz, where they were the Director of Marketing & Training from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Jennifer began working at Cole Haan as a Training Consultant, and at the same time founded their own company, Shore Strategies, where they have served as President and Founder since. In 2011, they joined Brain Parade as an Advisory Board Member and Thrive Resources, LLC as Director.

In 2013, Jennifer began working at Fashion to Figure as Vice President of Human Resources, and in 2018 they joined Rally Partners as SVP of People Operations. In 2020, they began working at iTutor.com Inc. as Head of People, and in 2022 they joined Pattern Brands as Head of People Operations.

Jennifer Shore attended Fox Lane High School before completing their BA in Psychology at Bucknell University in 1992. Jennifer then pursued their MSEd in Counseling & Personnel Services at Fordham University, which they completed in 2002.
