Christopher Clack

Christopher Clack is an experienced professional in the field of energy systems planning and optimization, currently serving as Vice President of Integrated Energy Systems Planning at Pattern Energy Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, Christopher was the CEO of Vibrant Clean Energy, LLC, where efforts focused on deploying technologies for clean and reliable energy. Earlier experience includes significant research positions at the University of Colorado at Boulder and the National Academy of Sciences, concentrating on mathematical optimization of renewable energy sources. Christopher also held postdoctoral research roles and has a solid foundation in applied mathematics and solar physics, with a PhD from the University of Sheffield. Throughout the professional journey, leadership and analytical skills have been demonstrated in various roles, including serving as an Officer in the British Army and other advisory positions.
