David Leach has an extensive background in wind turbine technology and maintenance, currently serving as Tech 3 at Pattern Energy Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, David held the position of Repair Services Lead, Tech III at Vestas from April 2019 to May 2023, and worked as a Wind Turbine Technician at Airway Services and Total Wind. Earlier experience includes an electrical apprenticeship at Fusion Power Systems and a role as Service Site Lead/Troubleshooting Technician at Siemens, where responsibilities included organizing work schedules and performing repairs on wind turbines. David completed education at Oak Park High School in Winnipeg, MB, from 1995 to 1998.
