Eric Roberts

Eric Roberts has a strong background in finance and M&A, working in various roles in different companies. Eric started their career as an Adjunct Faculty at Baruch College before moving on to work as a Carbon Finance Analyst at Innovest Strategic Value Advisors. Eric then worked as a Financial/Investment Analyst at Sindicatum Carbon Capital, Americas, and as a Summer Associate in the Structure Finance/Financial Instruments and Credit Group at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Eric then joined the Center for Business and the Environment at Yale (CBEY) as a Researcher, and later worked as a Contract Consultant at Greenwich Strategy. Eric then held the position of Director of Acquisitions and Development at Spring Garden Corporate Advisors before joining Element Power as a Manager of Finance and M&A. Prior to their current role, Eric worked as a Consultant in Finance and M&A at their own company, Eric Roberts Consulting. Eric is currently working as a Director of Finance at Pattern Energy Group.

Eric Roberts has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics from Wake Forest University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Eric later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Mathematics from the University of Arizona, attending from 2000 to 2002. Eric then went on to Yale School of the Environment, where they earned a Master of Environmental Management (M.E.M.) degree from 2007 to 2009. Moreover, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Yale School of Management from 2008 to 2010.
