Travis Taylor

Travis Taylor has a diverse work experience that spans a variety of industries. Travis is currently working at Pattern Labs as a Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon for three years, where they held roles as a Software Development Engineer and a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Before their time at Amazon, Travis worked at CANVAS Technology, which was later acquired by Amazon, where they also held a position as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Travis also has experience in research and development, as they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of New Mexico School of Engineering and as a Research and Development Intern at NASA. In addition, Travis has interned at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Phifer Inc, where they gained experience in research and information technologies, respectively. Travis also has experience in the outdoor recreation industry, having worked for the Outdoor Recreation Department at The University of Alabama and as summer staff at Camp Mondamin. Overall, Travis Taylor has a strong background in software engineering, quality assurance, research, and outdoor recreation.

Travis Taylor attended The University of Alabama from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. In addition, they obtained a Wilderness First Responder certification from Wilderness Medical Associates International in May 2015.
