Pieter Janse van Rensburg

Pieter Janse van Rensburg has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2004. In that year, they joined Globetom as a Software Engineer, where they worked on the IBF Platform, web-based management interface, protocol development, Java MM7 application and interface for WASP software, Erlang based 3GPP charging solution, and server monitoring tools with Windows based GUI. In 2007, they moved to MXit Lifestyle as a Software Developer, where they worked on web-based administration tools and development of new IM infrastructure. In 2008, they joined DVT as a Software Developer, working on Postilion Inc.'s internet banking channel software for the American market. In 2019, they became Self-employed as an Independant Consultant and Solutions Architect, and also joined Pattern Matched Technologies\u2122 as Chief Technology Officer and Development Executive.

Pieter Janse van Rensburg completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Engineering from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria between 2000 and 2003. Pieter then obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) (Hons) in Computer Engineering from the same university between 2005 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Welkom Gimnasium between 1996 and 1999.
