Gabby Golightly

Gabby Golightly is a Human Resources Generalist at Pattern®, with experience in employee onboarding, wellness program development, and managing internship programs. Previously, Gabby served as a Human Resources Intern at the same company, where responsibilities included conducting background checks, creating employee handbook policies, and planning corporate events. Gabby's prior experience includes roles such as Recruiting Coordinator Intern at Domo, Inc., where onboarding processes for global new hires were developed, and positions in sales and teaching. Gabby is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management at Brigham Young University, expected to graduate in December 2023.
