Lauren Dawson

Lauren Dawson is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and operations finance. Currently serving as an FP&A Manager at Pattern® since November 2024, Lauren previously held the role of FP&A and Operations Finance Manager at Kodiak Cakes for three years, where responsibilities included managing a team, developing long-range plans, and leading financial reporting and analysis initiatives. Lauren's diverse experience spans several companies, including roles as a senior financial analyst and cost analyst at Tillamook County Creamery Association, and FP&A analyst at CKE Restaurants, where skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis were honed. Early career experience includes assurance roles at EY, alongside positions in quality assurance and lab technician roles at Nestlé and General Mills. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Brigham Young University.
