Megan Cochrane

Megan Cochrane has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Megan is currently the Head of HR - Europe at Pattern®, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior People Manager at Rehegoo Music Group from December 2022 to June 2023.

Before their role at Rehegoo Music Group, Megan was a Human Resources Coordinator at Clarivos, a specialist technology consultancy, from June 2021 to December 2022. At Clarivos, they focused on delivering innovative and transformative processes and technology for finance teams.

From March 2021 to June 2021, Megan served as the Head of Division - UK&I at Strategy Insights. In this role, they led, managed, and developed a team of 13 members while coordinating and strategically planning large-scale projects across the UK and Ireland. Prior to this role, they were a Project and Team Lead in the same company from October 2020 to March 2021. Megan also worked as an HR Strategic Development Executive at Strategy Insights from February 2020 to October 2020, where they specialized in HR, leadership, and development programs.

Megan's earlier experiences include working as an HR Business Development Consultant at The Leadership Board from July 2019 to July 2020, where they collaborated with Marketing, HR, and IT directors in Europe to solve their challenges. Megan also worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative at BH Live from September 2017 to June 2019, and as a Customer Service Agent at Swissport from June 2014 to September 2017.

Megan Cochrane completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Production at Bournemouth University from 2016 to 2019. Following that, they pursued further education in HR and Management by obtaining their CIPD Level 5 qualification from 2020 to 2022 at CIPD Qualifications.
