Mitch Bellon

Mitch Bellon has a diverse range of work experience. Mitch started their career at IsoTalent as a Principal Recruiter in August 2019 and held this role until July 2021. In July 2021, they transitioned to a Financial Analyst position at IsoTalent, where they worked until June 2022. During this time, they gained experience in financial modeling, budget management, cash flow management, and strategic revenue forecasting.

In the summer of 2022, Mitch worked as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs for two months. Following this, they returned to IsoTalent as a Financial Analyst from August 2022 to December 2022. In this role, they focused on book maintenance, financial analysis, and improving projection accuracy.
