Tim Johnson

Tim Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tim is currently the Director of Ecommerce at Pattern®, a position they started in December 2021. Prior to that, Tim worked at Amazon for several years, holding roles such as Head of Vendor Management for Amazon Pharmacy, Senior Manager of Vendor Management for Amazon Fresh and Prime Now, Manager of Instock Management for Amazon Fresh, and Senior Instock Manager for Toys. Before their time at Amazon, Tim worked as a Global Supply Network Planner at BD from 2012 to 2014. In 2011, they interned at Horizon Hobby, Inc as a Quality and Vendor Operations Intern, where they were involved in designing and implementing source inspection plans and conducting root cause analysis. From 2008 to 2010, Tim served as the New Business Manager at Beneficial Financial Group, where they successfully managed the Mountain West Agency and increased sales volume. Prior to that, they worked as the Operations Manager and Project Manager at Unlimited Designs Inc from 2006 to 2008, where they led various initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and successfully complete projects within budget and ahead of schedule.

Tim Johnson received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 2009. Tim then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Operations and Supply Chain Management at the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2010 to 2012.
