Daniel Leary

Daniel Leary has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Daniel most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Patterson Companies, Inc., starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Director at the same company from August 2016 to December 2022. Before joining Patterson Companies, they worked at Cargill as a Regional HR Leader for Cargill Texturizing Solutions from March 2013 to July 2016 and as an HR Leader from July 2005 to March 2013. Daniel also has experience at Chubb Insurance as an HR Practice Leader from December 2002 to July 2005, and at NorthWestern Energy as a Staffing Manager from January 2002 to December 2002.

From 1989 to 1993, Daniel Leary attended Saint John's University (MN) where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management.
