Erin Leuschke

Erin Leuschke has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Erin started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Champion Air in 2006 and later became the Finance & Procurement Manager. In 2008, they joined HealthPartners as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they focused on financial systems and analysis related to pharmacy operations, health plans, and government programs. In 2012, Erin moved to Patterson Companies, Inc., where they held various roles such as Financial Business Analyst and Manager of Corporate Business Intelligence. Their responsibilities at Patterson included building a team of business analysts to support SAP implementation and utilizing statistical and predictive analytics to drive improvements across different business functions. Currently, Erin serves as the Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics at Patterson Companies, leading efforts to provide accurate and timely data to empower decision-making.

Erin Leuschke obtained a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa in 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a J.D. degree in Law at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 2007 to 2011.
