Richard Fitzpatrick

Richard Fitzpatrick possesses extensive experience in benefits management and legal counsel within various organizations. Currently serving as Retirement Plan Manager and Director of Benefits at Patterson Companies, Inc. since May 2015, Richard focuses on leading the design and administration of global Total Rewards programs. Prior roles include Associate Director of Benefits at The Maschhoffs, Benefits Manager at GNP Company, and legal positions including Contract Attorney at Beacon Hill Staffing Group and Associate Attorney at Cousineau McGuire Chartered. Richard holds a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a BA in International Relations and Economics from McGill University. Additionally, Richard has demonstrated leadership within the Twin Cities Chapter ISCEBS, previously serving as Chapter President.
