Caroline Dwornicka

Caroline Dwornicka is a marketing specialist currently employed at Patterson-Kelley since June 2023, and has also served as a swim coach for the Allentown School District since December 2021. Caroline has gained valuable experience through various roles at Lehigh University from August 2019 to May 2023, including admissions representative, marketing student, and office support staff. Additionally, Caroline worked as a wedding planner’s assistant at The Calla Lily Event Planning from April 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included planning weddings for 50 or more guests and ensuring smooth execution of events. A project management intern at Sharp, part of UDG Healthcare, from May 2022 to August 2022, Caroline assisted project managers with daily tasks related to sales orders and shipping processes. Other previous roles include serving as a server at The Shelby and as a retail sales associate at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse and Carters Inc. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics with a focus on marketing from Lehigh University in May 2023.
