Susan S.

Susan S. has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Susan started their career in 2002 as an Online Mentor/Program Developer at Advanced Training & Services. In 2005, they joined TC Media as a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Consultant, where they had responsibilities including payroll processing and management. In 2012, they moved to ADP as an HR Implementation Specialist. Finally, in 2015, they joined Patterson Law, initially as a Human Resources Manager and currently serves as the HR Director.

Susan S. obtained an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned an Advanced Diploma in Certified Information Technology Programmer from College of the North Atlantic between 2001 and 2002. Furthermore, Susan attained a BA degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Mount Allison University, which they pursued from 1992 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Susan has also acquired several certifications. Susan became a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in July 2023. In December 2019, they completed a certification in Managing Office Politics from LinkedIn, and in July 2018, they obtained a certification in Efficient Time Management from the same platform. Susan also holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CPHR) qualification from CPHR Nova Scotia, obtained in 2009.
