Erica Riendeau

Erica Riendeau has extensive work experience in various roles within the retail industry. Erica started their career at DSW Inc. as a Sales Associate from August 2008 to December 2010. Erica then worked as a Sales Associate at Bed Bath & Beyond from December 2010 to July 2011. Erica joined Ethan Allen as a Retail Operations/Office Administrator from July 2013 to February 2014, where they provided project management for a team of Design Consultants and assisted with visual merchandising. Erica then worked at ANN INC. (parent company of Ann Taylor, LOFT & Lou & Grey) as a Sales Lead from August 2011 to June 2016, where they supported the Store Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing operational functions. Erica also worked at Restoration Hardware from April 2016 to October 2016 as a Design Consultant, providing luxury design consultations and assisting with interior design projects. Erica joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Planogram Support Specialist from February 2014 to April 2017 and received the Q2 2016 PSAS award for exceptional performance. Erica worked at Vera Bradley as a Stock Sales Associate from June 2016 to October 2017, where they ensured efficient stockroom operations and assisted with customer service. Erica then joined Family Dollar as a Space Planning Analyst from May 2017 to September 2018, where they were responsible for updating and maintaining planograms for over 8200 stores. Erica also worked at Michael Kors as a Sales Supervisor (Part-Time) from August 2018 to September 2022. Currently, they are working at Patterson Pope as a Designer and Project Planner, starting in August 2022.

Erica Riendeau attended the University of New Haven from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Interior Design.
