Donna Girod

Donna Girod has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Donna started their career in 1995 at United Dominion Realty Trust, Inc. as a Community Director, where they quickly advanced to the role of District Manager within three months. During their time at United Dominion Realty Trust, Inc., they successfully managed a 144-unit apartment community in Dover, DE. Donna then joined Patterson Schwartz Real Estate in 2009 as a Property Manager, where they established listings for residential rental locations throughout Kent and Sussex Counties in Delaware and provided management services for residential properties.

Donna Girod obtained a BA degree in English Communications from Lebanon Valley College, which they attended from 1983 to 1987.
