Joseph Walters

Joseph Walters has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Joseph started their career in 2004 as the Owner of JJW Properties, LLC, where they provided general property maintenance services and managed property repairs. In 2010, they joined Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate as a Licensed Realtor and Residential Property Manager. In this role, they managed approximately 60 properties, maintained vendor relationships, and resolved property management issues. Joseph also represented the owner in Landlord Tenant trials in Delaware.

Joseph Walters attended the University of Delaware from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
