Melanie Kent-Richmond

Melanie Kent-Richmond has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Melanie began their career in 1984 as an Inventory Manager at Artisans Cooperative, a Free Trade Retail company. In 1986, they transitioned to Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate as a Real Estate Sales Associate, before moving on to the New Homes Division in 1989 as a New Homes Sales Associate. Melanie then joined Bellevue Homes in 1992 as a New Construction Sales Associate, where they stayed until 2001. Finally, in 2010, Melanie joined Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate in Hockessin as a Residential Sales Agent, a role they currently hold.

Melanie Kent-Richmond completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology at the University of Florida from 1974 to 1978.
