Tomy Kot

Tomy Kot has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tomy started their career at eShowings, where they worked as the General Manager, overseeing new business, marketing, sales, and customer-facing functions. Tomy also served as a Quality Assurance Manager and IT Liaison, advocating for Realtor Members and implementing programs to improve retention and member satisfaction.

In 2014, they joined Bank of America as an Operations Team Lead for Legal Order Processing, where they managed a team responsible for processing subpoena and non-subpoena requests. Tomy ensured compliance with auditing, risk, and regulatory requirements. Tomy then moved to JPMorgan Chase, first working as a Global Due Diligence Business Analyst Reporting Specialist and later as a Senior Analyst in Data Management Operations. In these roles, they conducted background investigations, supported private bank teams, and maintained asset data quality.

Tomy then joined FirstService Residential, where they worked as a Property Manager. Tomy'sresponsibilities included preparing annual budgets, reviewing and approving invoices, overseeing insurance claims, and preparing management reports. Tomy also attended board meetings and assisted with the preparation of annual budgets.

Tomy returned to JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Analyst in Party Reference Data Utility and later worked in Wealth Management as a Reconciliations and Oversight Analyst. In these roles, they onboarded and maintained party data, calculated C-Factors, and updated product mappings.

Currently, Tomy is working at Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate as a Business Development Manager. In this role, they oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, qualifies inbound sales leads, and collaborates with the Marketing and Recruiting Departments on lead generation strategies.

Tomy Kot completed their secondary education at Paul M Hodgson Vocationl High School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a diploma in Carpentry/Mil-Cabinet. After that, they went on to study Business Administration and Management, General at Delaware Technical Community College from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their educational background, Tomy Kot also holds certifications in CPR & AED, which they obtained from Cardiac Science in March 2014, and as a Public Notary, obtained from the State of Delaware in September 2015.
