Caitlin Byron

Caitlin Byron, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Patterson-UTI since November 2013, following a role as Human Resources Advisor. Prior experience includes an internship with Walt Disney World in 2013, where skills in guest interaction, conflict resolution, and attention to detail were developed. Caitlin also worked as a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters, focusing on customer service and merchandising, and held a Group Sales Intern position at Lake Raystown Resort. Education includes a degree in Human Resource Management and Operations Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2013.
