Kathryn Roark

Kathryn Roark currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sustainability, Diversity & Culture at Patterson-UTI, a role held since April 2015, after progressing through positions such as Vice President of Diversity & ESG and Vice President of Diversity & Compliance. Prior to joining Patterson-UTI, Kathryn was employed at Baker Hughes as Senior Labor and Employment Counsel from January 2004 to April 2015, and earlier at Bracewell LLP as an Associate from 2000 to 2003. Kathryn holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center (1997-2000) and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1993-1997).
