Rita Williams

Rita Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rita began their career in IT roles in FMCG and Steel Manufacturing, where they managed large-scale system and process change projects. Rita then transitioned into HR roles, starting as an HR Advisor at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd. Rita later became a Career & Capability Manager and eventually National HR Capability Manager, overseeing HR activities such as recruitment, learning and development, talent management, and succession planning. Rita also worked at Emerald Grain as General Manager of HR & Culture, where they focused on driving the people and safety strategy. Rita then served as the Head of HR at Aggreko Australia-Pacific, responsible for the HR operations in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific. Their most recent role is as the Head of People at Patties Foods Pty Ltd, leading the HR agenda and overseeing the delivery of great tasting, honest food to Australians through a portfolio of iconic Australian brands.

Rita Williams has a Bachelor of Business degree in Information Technology & Accounting from Victoria University. Rita also holds an MBA with a specialization in HR from Swinburne University of Technology. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a DiSC accredited trainer from the Intégro Learning Company, as a Lominger Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry, and in Situational Leadership - SLII from The Ken Blanchard Companies.
